Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Karachi, Pakistan. The specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms to strengthen brand awareness and attract qualified candidates and partner employers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, producing text, image, and video content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data and trends. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and recruitment teams to align social media campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies and organizational goals, responding to audience interactions, and staying current with social media best practices and platform updates.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and aligned brand messaging.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with audiences and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, content management platforms, and basic design or video editing tools is beneficial.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and social media trends is highly valued.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
