Position: Store Assistant
Location: Hashmani Hospital – (Numaish) Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Salary: PKR 30,000

Job Purpose

To assist the Store Officer in managing daily store operations, including inventory handling, stock maintenance, and timely distribution of medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Officer in receiving, storing, and issuing medical supplies.
• Support in maintaining inventory records and stock registers.
• Help in stock counting, verification, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of items under supervision.
• Assist in fulfilling departmental supply requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Support documentation and ensure compliance with store procedures and policies.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Store Officer or management.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Intermediate.
• Experience: 0–1 year (store/warehouse experience preferred).
• Preference will be given to candidates with hospital/healthcare background.
• Candidates residing near the hospital location will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling and stock management.
