We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth running of daily store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role demands a hands-on approach in managing store activities, motivating staff, and driving sales performance to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to meet individual and team performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment for customers.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
- Track sales performance regularly and work towards achieving monthly revenue goals.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, budgets, and other operational documentation.
- Coordinate staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and perform performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to support sales efforts.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary starting from Rs 80,000. The expected start date for this role is December 13, 2025.
