About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Student & Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role requiring strong consultation skills, lead management, and the ability to confidently close sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in student recruitment, education consulting, immigration services, or a similar client-facing sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective students and immigration clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable education and immigration pathways.
• Manage enquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout their journey.
• Present services professionally and handle objections effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in student consulting, immigration consulting, education recruitment, or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the student recruitment or immigration industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
• Professional, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset.
