Team Lead HVAC

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in relevant field with extensive knowledge of Electrical & mechanical ability.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, BMS, Auto CAD skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily check logs of Chillers and related auxiliaries Cooling towers, Water circulation pumps, Air handling units, Hot & Cold-water Generator & Cold Rooms
• Monitor the water treatment of Cooling towers
• Manage and check the operation team duties of Chiller plant
• Plan and implement schedule preventive maintenances on daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis for proper functioning of system
• Check and manage ISO audit files for all operation parameters of equipment
• Make BOQ, PR and reservations on SAP
• Co-ordinate with vendor ‘s for critical issues of equipment and monitoring of running projects with safety compliance
• Check logs of all compressors Room Bank A and Bank B
• Check logs of Water management related systems WWTP, UF, RO and Chlorination system and Hot, Cold-water system
• Maintain the critical parts and chemicals availability of daily dosing
• Monitor the water treatments through CIP & CEB process
• Check all running and stand by machinery for correct operation
