Job Description

Almaidah Group of Company seeks a highly experienced Civil Engineer to lead critical infrastructure projects and oversee all aspects of construction management. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in civil engineering and extensive experience, with at least 25 years in the field, demonstrating deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities. This role requires managing a team of 50 persons, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and other large-scale developments. This position demands strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and consistent application of engineering principles to solve complex problems while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
 

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects from inception through completion.
• Manage and supervise a team of 50 professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring project performance to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards across all construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify that work meets design specifications and industry standards.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative engineering solutions to improve project outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies to prevent potential project disruptions.
• Promote sustainable engineering practices and resource-efficient construction methods throughout the project lifecycle.
