Fire Protection Products Engineer – Site Technical Support & Coordination

About the Role

We are looking for engineers, technicians and practical site-support personnel to provide local technical support, installation coordination and communication support for fire protection product projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site product installation, basic checks and project handover
• Support local communication between customers, installers, contractors and SolutionMall
• Check product quantities, appearance, installation status and basic connections where required
• Assist with basic testing, commissioning support and issue feedback according to project requirements
• Collect site photos, progress updates and technical feedback
• Help customers understand basic product operation, use and maintenance information
• Coordinate common on-site issues and report matters requiring further technical support

Qualifications

• Experience in site technical support, installation coordination, maintenance, construction, electrical work, facilities work or related practical work is an advantage, but not required
• Basic ability to understand simple product instructions, installation drawings or checklists
• Ability to use common hand tools and mobile communication tools
• Good communication, teamwork and work responsibility
• Ability to attend local project sites when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with fire protection, safety products, electrical products or construction projects is an advantage
• Experience communicating with contractors, installers, property teams or project customers is an advantage
• A locally recognized technical, electrician or safety-related qualification is an advantage

Cooperation Model

• Part-time and project-based cooperation
• Mainly supporting projects in the applicant’s country or city
• Work scope, location, schedule and compensation are confirmed before each project
• Engineers may decide whether to participate based on their availability
