Job Title: AT&T Spectrum Sales Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

We are hiring a Sales Specialist to join our team and promote AT&T Spectrum products and services during the night shift. If you have strong sales experience and excellent customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell AT&T Spectrum services by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Meet sales targets and KPIs through effective sales and upselling.

- Stay updated on AT&T Spectrum offerings, pricing, and promotions.

- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, ideally in telecom or a related field.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
