- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or leads list.
- Understand customer requirements related to import/export, air, sea, and land freight services.
- Promote the company’s freight forwarding services, rates, and solutions.
- Schedule meetings for field sales team or close small to mid-level deals independently.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues quickly.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
