We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telesales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our services, and converting prospects into satisfied clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships through effective communication and solution-oriented selling.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through online research, directories, and tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective healthcare providers and decision-makers in the U.S. market.
Deliver persuasive pitches and follow-up communications to generate interest in Claims Med’s services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with industry trends, service offerings, and competitive landscape.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to refine telesales techniques.

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
Proven ability to engage and build rapport with U.S.-based clients.
Demonstrated experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
