Role Description

We are looking for a TikTok Organic Growth Specialist to join our team and help grow TikTok accounts through organic content strategy, trend research, and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate understands what performs on TikTok in 2026 and knows how to increase reach without relying on paid ads. You'll work with content provided by our team, optimize it for TikTok, publish consistently, engage with the community, and provide monthly performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule TikTok videos according to the content calendar
• Research trending sounds, hashtags, formats, and viral content ideas
• Optimize captions, keywords, and hashtags for discoverability
• Engage with followers and relevant creators through comments to increase visibility
• Monitor trends and recommend content ideas that align with each client's brand
• Track performance metrics such as views, engagement, watch time, follower growth, and top-performing content
• Create concise monthly organic growth reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with our content, video editing, and design teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing TikTok accounts organically
• Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, and best practices
• Ability to identify viral opportunities while maintaining brand consistency
• Excellent written communication skills
• Organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience with TikTok analytics and scheduling tools is a plus
• Familiarity with CapCut and basic video editing concepts is an advantage
• Reliable availability during morning EST hours
