UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team and craft engaging, intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work across the full design process—from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff—while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user and business requirements with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design responsive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components in Figma.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Improve existing products using user feedback, usability findings, and analytics.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute constructive feedback.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, bootcamps, and strong portfolios will also be considered.

Experience

• 3-4+ years of experience for mid/senior-level candidates.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world design projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, web applications, or mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
• Experience with tools such as Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems.
