Job Title: UK RSP Front Sales Representative
Location: Shahra e Faisal Road, PECHS block-6. Karachi - On-site.
Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Experience Required: 2+ Years in (RSP Front) Sales
Sales Target: £4,000 - £7,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven UK RSP Front Sales Representative to join our growing team. This office-based role requires working evening shifts (5 PM - 2 AM). As a key player in driving sales, you will engage with customers to promote and sell our products/services while striving to meet your monthly sales target of £4,000 - £7,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly sales targets (£4,000 - £7,000).
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers, providing clear and persuasive information about our offerings.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Stay current on product details, promotions, and market trends to deliver the best customer solutions.
CRM and Reporting: Record and track sales activities accurately in our CRM system. Provide regular updates on performance and opportunities for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and management teams to contribute to achieving overall business goals.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an RSP Front sales role.
Target-Driven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and digital sales tools.
Self-Motivated: Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused on results.
