Are you a skilled Upwork Bidder who knows how to identify high-potential leads, craft winning proposals, and secure long-term clients? We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our remote team and help us grow our client base across platform.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Daily bidding on Upwork (and optionally Freelancer/Fiverr)
Analyze job requirements and craft tailored proposals
Coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimations
Follow up on leads and maintain client communication
Meet weekly/monthly targets for proposals and conversions

✅ Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding
Excellent written communication and fluent English
Strong understanding of IT services: Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, etc.
Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ethics
