Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Karāchi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on freelance projects that align with our capabilities. Daily tasks include creating compelling proposals, managing client interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery. The role involves maintaining an active presence on Upwork, bringing in new business opportunities, and achieving set targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and proposal writing skills
Experience in client interaction and relationship management
Proficiency in using Upwork and understanding its bidding process
Capability to collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements
Analytical skills to identify potential projects that align with company services
Knowledge of tech solutions like custom software, mobile app development, and website development is a plus
Experienced in sales or marketing roles is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
