Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, located in Karāchi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project acquisition and client satisfaction. Daily tasks include researching potential projects, crafting persuasive proposals, negotiating terms with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align projects with company capabilities and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal writing, client relationship management, and project bidding
• Strong research skills to identify relevant projects and client requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role on platforms like Upwork is a plus

Target: $5K-$10K

Time: 6:00pm-3:00am
