Upwork Bidder / Business Developer (Commission-Based | Remote)

About the job

We're building something at DevAxon. A fast-growing software agency and we need a results-driven Upwork Bidder or Business Developer to join us remotely and help bring in projects from Day 1.

Your role?

• Send daily proposals on Upwork
• Create and manage a strong Upwork profile (yours or one built from scratch)
• Understand project scopes and pitch accordingly
• Follow up with clients and close deals

Compensation?

• No fixed salary — this is 100% commission-based
• You’ll earn a percentage from every project you bring
• % share will be decided during the interview (based on your experience)

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (written + proposal writing)
• Proven experience with Upwork bidding or freelancing
• Your own Upwork profile with a good history — or ability to create and grow a fresh one
• Hunger to close deals and hustle

Bonus:

• If you’ve worked with dev/design agencies
• Can handle cold outreach on LinkedIn or email too
