Upwork Bidder & Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview

We’re looking for a mid-to-senior level Upwork Bidder & Lead Generation Specialist who can help us secure quality leads, build relationships, and close deals via freelancing platforms and outbound channels. You’ll work closely with the founder and delivery team to understand our services and pitch them effectively to the right audience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate freelance profiles (bark, Apollo, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
• Write winning proposals tailored to client requirements
• Generate leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards, and freelancing platforms
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand offerings like:
• .NET Core / Full-Stack Development
• SAP Business One Integration
• Inventory/POS Software
• API / Third-party integrations
• Conduct initial qualification calls, gather project requirements, and pass them to the tech team
• Maintain CRM or tracker for all leads and conversion statuses
• Help build visibility of DCodics’ brand on relevant platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bidder on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Understanding of software development workflows and terminology
• Experience in technical proposals and sales pitches
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Nice to Have:

• Background in IT, Computer Science, or Software Sales
• Prior experience working with development teams
• Understanding of SaaS, POS systems, or ERP integration is a plus

• Fixed Monthly Salary (based on experience level)
