Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Upwork platform to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
Stay updated on Upwork policies, pricing structures, and best practices to optimize our presence on the platform.
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients on Upwork to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of Upwork projects, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial analysis reports.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Update and utilize used CRMs on a daily basis.
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data through required platforms.
Make and give presentations, organizations introduction to prospective clients and internal executives
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Preferred cold calling on a regular basis.
Drive the end-to-end sales process along with business operations collaboration

Required qualification:

Minimum 2 years in Upwork bidding
