Industry: Design and Development
Target: 5k$-7k$
Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-Site).
Shift: Night.
Salary : Market Competitive + commissions, spiffs and bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and businesses on Upwork.
Strong knowledge of Upwork/ freelancer platform and bidding processes.
Strong knowledge of how to tackle clients professionally on a daily basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities
Proactively secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.
Stay informed and adhere to Upwork policies, ensuring compliance in all interactions with clients.
Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids.
Professionally communicate with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to emphasize our expertise.

Requirements:

2 years of proven experience in sales (design and development industry)
Must be a graduate of a recognized university
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Understands the full sales life cycle, is prepared to write sales proposals, pitch to clients, take the calls and close the deals.
