Line Soft is seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our expanding staffing team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating, and placing highly qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the United States. The ideal candidate has at least two years of proven experience in US IT recruitment and a strong grasp of the staffing industry, recruitment lifecycle, and staffing compliance processes. The recruiter will engage with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS requirements within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a technical understanding suitable for screening a range of IT roles, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires effective collaboration with account managers and business development teams to meet daily recruitment targets and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors in the US market.
