Video Editor

Ezec Production is seeking a skilled Video Editor with at least two years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate possesses advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, demonstrating technical expertise in video editing software and post-production processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities through storyboarding and timeline editing, and the capability to integrate visual effects seamlessly. A solid understanding of color grading and audio mixing enhances the quality of our final video content. The successful candidate must stay current with social media video trends, particularly Instagram Reels, ensuring that all edited content appeals to contemporary audiences and aligns with platform specifications. The Video Editor at Ezec Production works independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict agency deadlines. This position demands effective time management and the ability to produce polished, professional content consistently. Candidates must provide a showreel or portfolio showcasing relevant work, as applications without work samples will not be considered. Although this role does not involve managing a team, collaboration with other creative professionals is essential to deliver high-impact visual storytelling that supports the companys objectives.
Responsibilities
 

• Edit raw video footage into compelling and cohesive final products using Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Apply advanced color grading techniques to ensure consistent and appealing visuals across all projects.
• Develop and incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects to enhance storytelling.
• Create and refine storyboards to plan video sequences and ensure narrative clarity.
• Perform timeline editing to efficiently organize footage and manage pacing in alignment with project goals.
• Compress and export videos in various formats suitable for different platforms while maintaining quality standards.
• Integrate audio elements by mixing sound to create balanced and professional audio-visual experiences.
• Stay updated on current trends in social media video production, with emphasis on formats popular on Instagram and similar platforms.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure video content matches overall branding and project requirements.
• Maintain an organized workflow and file management system to streamline post-production processes.
• Review and revise edited content based on feedback to achieve optimal final results.
• Deliver polished videos that meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
