🎥 Role Overview

The Video Editor & Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and supporting the organization’s social media presence through visually engaging posts and graphics.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of transforming ideas into compelling visual content aligned with our mission and brand identity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos

Produce short-form and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, etc.)

Add transitions, subtitles, background music, and basic motion graphics

Ensure brand consistency across all visual content

Design social media posts (static and carousel formats)

Create basic graphics for announcements, campaigns, and events

Collaborate with the content and marketing team on creative concepts

Optimize content for different digital platforms

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)

Proficiency in:

Adobe Premiere Pro (essential)

Basic Adobe After Effects (preferred)

Familiarity with CapCut / DaVinci Resolve (a plus)

Basic graphic design skills

Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

Strong understanding of social media formats and trends

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Strong communication and teamwork skills
