Arabic Speaking Sales Executive – International Sales

Bytech Solutions is looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Arabic-Speaking Sales Executive to join our International Sales Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with Arabic-speaking and international clients, handling customer inquiries, generating new business opportunities, following up with potential customers, and contributing toward monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking and international clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, messages, and emails.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and monthly targets.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Basic to good English communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent Arabic communication and strong confidence may also be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and willing to grow within the organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
