Automotive Operations Manager (Male)

Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Remote Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities of our growing automotive repair shop from anywhere in the world. You’ll work closely with our on-site lead mechanic and technician team via cameras, GPS, and our online work platform. Your role is to ensure efficient workflow, track productivity, and maintain high standards of service delivery—without ever stepping foot in the shop.

Must have: Auto repair/shop experience, project management skills, remote work experience, strong English, and time-zone flexibility.

Preferred: Background in mechanical supervision or auto shop management.
