Management Head – Operations & Administration will oversee the seamless functioning of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in security, administration, inventory management, procurement, IT, maintenance, and logistics. This role requires a strategic leader with strong organizational skills to manage a team of 100+ employees while optimizing resources and maintaining compliance.


 

1. Security Management:

- Supervise security personnel and ensure the safety of employees, assets, and infrastructure.

- Implement and monitor security protocols (CCTV, access control, visitor management).

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.


 

2. Administration & Facilities Management:

- Oversee office operations, including housekeeping, and workplace ergonomics(environment altogether).

- Manage vendor contracts (cleaning, maintenance, utilities).


 

3. Inventory & Asset Management:

- Maintain and track inventory (laptops, mobiles, projectors, ear mics, stationery, etc.).

- Implement an asset tracking system (barcoding/RFID) to prevent loss/theft.

- Conduct periodic audits and ensure proper documentation.


 

4. Procurement & Vendor Management:

- Lead procurement processes (sourcing, negotiation, purchasing).

- Maintain relationships with suppliers for IT equipment, office supplies, and maintenance services.

- Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.


 

5. IT & Infrastructure Maintenance:


 

- Coordinate with the IT team for hardware/software maintenance.

- Ensure all tech equipment (laptops, projectors, Wi-Fi, servers) is functional.

- Oversep IT asset lifecycle management (repairs, upgrades, replacements).


 

6. Logistics & Support Services:

- Manage logistics for office supplies, equipment movement, and event setups.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials across departments.


 

7. Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead a cross-functional team (security, admin, IT, logistics, clerks).

- Conduct performance reviews and training for operational staff.

- Foster inter-departmental collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Media).


 

8. Compliance & Process Improvement:

- Develop and enforce SOPs for operations.

- Implement cost-saving and efficiency-driven initiatives.

- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management.


 

Qualifications & Skills:


 

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.


 

✅ Experience:5-8 years in *operations/admin/facilities management*, preferably in education/tech sectors.

✅ *Technical Skills:*

- Proficient in *inventory management

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and procurement systems.

✅ *Soft Skills:*

- Strong leadership & team management.

- Problem-solving & multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication & vendor negotiation

skills.


 

Salary Package:

70,000 to 100,000 based on experience

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
