Join us as a Channel Manager- Retail and take the lead in driving retail excellence through innovative trade marketing strategies, best-in-class execution, and impactful shopper experiences that fuel sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Trade Star Program across the retail channel driving execution excellence and sustained business growth.
• Develop and execute Trade & Shopper Marketing plans for priority retail channels to maximize brand visibility, shopper engagement, and sales performance.
• Own the budget for retail initiatives ensuring effective investment and optimal return on spend.
• Drive the commercial transformation of retail sales through the Trade Marketing platform, leveraging data to enhance decision-making and execution.
• Partner with the field sales team to achieve annual volume and value targets.
• Monitor and deliver key Trade Star KPIs, including On-Shelf Availability (OSA), Share of Shelf (SOS), and Out-of-Stock (OOS) performance.
• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring strong in-store activation and market success.

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in Field Sales and/or Trade Marketing preferably within the FMCG industry.
