Position Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring brand mentions, responding to audience queries across digital media, and maintaining records. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of brand management and social media.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, tags, and direct messages.
  • Respond to comments and inbox messages in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analyze complaints, sentiments, and recommend improvements to community management.
  • Escalate technical, medical, or product-related queries to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of flagged content and actions taken.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with the company’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.


 

Required Qualification, Knowledge and Skills

  • Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institution accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in community management or digital communications.
  • Strong command of written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of branding, digital communications, and online reputation management.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
