Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to Group Head to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project schedules, meetings, and deadlines.
Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation related to projects and tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Organize and schedule events, meetings, and appointments.
Manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Should have minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Min 2 years of experience preferred.
