We are Intermark Product Lines Pvt. Ltd. looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to work closely as a Personal Assistant to the CEO.. This is a dynamic role requiring excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Master’s degree, preferably in MA Economics, MCom, or MBA.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a sharp, proactive approach will also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
