E-Commerce Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team for our US based business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart and Shopify.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research & Keyword Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like JungleScout, Helium10, Google Keyword Planner, and eRank.
• Identify high-volume, low-competition keywords for optimal product discoverability.

Competitive Analysis:

• Analyze competitor listings on each marketplace, identifying pricing strategies, product descriptions, and best practices.

Product Listing Optimization:

• Create compelling, high-quality, and SEO-optimized product listings across all e-commerce platforms, including: Compelling product titles and descriptions; High-resolution images and professional product photography; Effective use of keywords and relevant search terms.
• Proficiently use Google Sheets, CSV files, vlookups, macros, and other analytical tools.

Website Management:

• Develop and maintain a professional and user-friendly Shopify website.
• Optimize website pages for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
• Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates.

Stay Updated:

• Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online marketplaces & platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify).
• Experience with keyword research tools (JungleScout, Helium10, etc.).
• Excellent written and communication skills - speak less, but say more!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Graphic Design Tools (Canva, Photoshop) & Collaboration Tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion).
• Familiarity utilizing emerging AI tools continuously to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in eCommerce/tech space.
