HR Coordinator

Resource Linked is seeking a diligent and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Shangrila, located in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This role requires an individual with a relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience, preferably within the retail sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining comprehensive HR records. This position involves both indoor office tasks and outdoor responsibilities, including coordination with sales staff and distribution teams, as well as site visits to distribution centers to provide operational support and ensure seamless communication between field staff and the office. As an HR Coordinator, you will manage a small team of two persons, overseeing their daily tasks and supporting their efforts to meet HR objectives effectively. The role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
