The Xylo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join its team in Karachi. This role focuses on managing employee-related processes and supporting the overall human resources function. The candidate is expected to handle the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, maintain accurate employee records, and address employee relations issues promptly. This position requires involvement with payroll support and attendance oversight to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. The Human Resources Officer will play an essential role in developing and implementing effective HR policies that promote a positive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR information systems is critical for success in this role. While this position does not involve team management responsibilities, the Human Resources Officer should exhibit independent work capabilities and a collaborative approach to support various departments. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Address and resolve employee relations matters, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with payroll processing and monitor attendance records to ensure accurate compensation and compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Support employee engagement activities and contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure company compliance and risk management.
  • Utilize HR information systems to streamline processes and maintain efficient record-keeping.
