We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead digital and content marketing initiatives for our solar distribution business. This role is critical to our growth strategy as we expand our market presence among U.S. solar installers and drive brand awareness within the renewable energy sector.
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, email, and offline channels. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical skills to drive lead generation, brand engagement, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Social Media
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Create and curate installer-focused content (industry insights, product features, case studies, education, thought leadership)
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages
- Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity; apply best practices
Video & Visual Content
- Produce short-form videos (Reels/Shorts-style) using stock footage and company assets
- Create post-event highlights using field photos/videos
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets
- Edit and optimize videos for each platform
Digital Advertising
- Set up and optimize Google Search/Display campaigns
- Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, audiences, and A/B tests
- Track KPIs, optimize performance, and manage budgets across channels
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Build and execute campaigns in Zoho Campaigns
- Segment lists and personalize messaging to improve conversions
- Track performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and maintain list hygiene
- Coordinate with sales on lead quality and follow-up
Webinars & Events
- Create Zoho webinar registration pages with strong messaging and design
- Develop supporting creative (social, email, ads)
- Coordinate speaker assets and variations for their audiences
- Track registrations/attendance and support post-webinar follow-up
Google Business Profile & Reputation
- Maintain accurate listings and optimize for visibility
- Update photos/videos and manage the gallery
- Monitor and respond to reviews promptly and professionally
- Apply local SEO best practices
Print & Collateral
- Design flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
- Create event materials (badges, signage, booth graphics)
- Coordinate branded merchandise (“swag”)
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Website & Banner Advertising
- Design web banners for promotions and seasonal themes
- Coordinate banner placement/rotation for performance
- Support landing pages and product pages with graphics and content
Lead Tracking & Analytics
- Track lead sources and lead quality by channel
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking through sales closure
- Produce monthly/quarterly performance reports and recommendations
Industry-Specific Initiatives
- Monitor competitor marketing strategies (e.g., major solar distributors)
- Implement B2B solar distribution best practices
- Build installer-centric messaging based on pain points and motivations
- Explore partnerships with publications, organizations, and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of B2B digital marketing experience (solar/renewables preferred)
- Social media management experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Content creation skills, including short-form video editing
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; optimization for ROI
- Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, or similar)
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Email marketing experience (Zoho Campaigns or similar)
- CRM/analytics familiarity (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
