We’re looking for a Social Media Account Executive to join the crew in DHA, Karachi.

At The Deft Crew, we don’t just "post" for clients; we build strategies that actually move the needle for SMEs. We need someone who can be the bridge between the chaos of a creative brainstorm and the brilliance of a final campaign.

Basically, we need you to:

• Manage 4+ clients without losing your cool.
• Translate a "make it pop" client brief into something our designers can actually work with.
• Use that "ex-stalker" energy to research trends and competitors (it’s a major flex here).
• Be obsessed with results—because at the end of the day, we don’t guess, we Deft.
• 
   

The Vibe: Fast-paced, zero-gatekeeping, and plenty of memes. You’ll be working on-site, talking fluent TikTok, and occasionally writing spicy captions at 3 AM.
