Are you a motivated and organized professional looking to make an impact in education? We're seeking a Specialist to manage operations, build a nationwide network, and promote our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with high school counselors, schools, and universities.
Develop and maintain a nationwide student and counselor network.
Conduct outreach and special events to promote the organization 
Travel to regional schools for outreach (20% travel across Pakistan).
Manage emails and business WhatsApp accounts.
Develop and maintain databases.
Manage logistics during tours and events.
Support yield events and summer/winter programs (if needed).

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s from an international institution is preferred.

- 2+ years of education experience
- Prior working experience at a school/university is preferred
- Business development experience (asset)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Digitally savvy
- Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
