Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and community stakeholders. This role involves conducting outreach campaigns to generate interest in Vision Infinity’s services and solutions. The Outreach Specialist will research target markets, identify key decision-makers, and craft clear, compelling messaging that aligns with business goals. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and gathering feedback to improve outreach strategies. The role requires proactive engagement, structured communication, and consistent documentation to support business development and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to present complex technology and services in a clear and accessible way.
• Customer Service and Community Outreach experience, demonstrating the ability to build trust, nurture relationships, and represent the organization professionally.
• Research skills, including the ability to identify target audiences, analyze outreach performance, and adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
• Experience in outreach, business development, marketing, or a related field; exposure to IT, SaaS, or technology services is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
