This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to prepare proposals and quotations effectively and participate actively in tenders and project discussions. The ideal candidate has a bachelors degree in Business or Engineering and 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the telecom or engineering sector. This position does not involve managing a team but demands proactive engagement with different stakeholders to meet sales targets and grow the clientele base. The Sales Assistant works closely with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. This role emphasizes customer interaction, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The candidate must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of utilizing email communication tools such as Outlook or Gmail efficiently.
