MEK is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of three years of sales experience with strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, and relationship management. This role requires working independently to achieve sales targets and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in B2B sales and project-based selling is highly valuable, along with knowledge of construction, industrial, or fire safety products to better understand client needs. As a Sales Manager at MEK, you focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service. You will leverage your expertise to manage accounts effectively, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company. Although this position does not involve managing a team, strong self-motivation and discipline are essential to successfully meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate product solutions, particularly in construction, industrial, or fire safety sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and service quality.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance company visibility and build contacts.
