Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented "Social Media Executive" to manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to grow our online presence and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design monthly content calendars in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor daily performance of social media pages and analyze engagement metrics.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and other relevant platforms.
• Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and viral content strategies for brand relevance.
• Manage and respond to community comments and inbox queries professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.
• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, followers) and prepare performance reports weekly/monthly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with creative teams.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and basic understanding of performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of trending formats, hashtags, and content hooks.
• Excellent communication skills and creativity in content ideation.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Spark is a plus.
