Account and Finance Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Accountant & Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

This is a key role in supporting our financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and ledgers
• Manage monthly and annual closings
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and file tax returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure timely reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports, balance sheets, and other financial statements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter preferred)

Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in core accounting functions
• Proficiency in accounting software with QuickBooks, ERP systems, MS Excel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of local tax laws and financial compliance
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
