We are a fast-growing experiential marketing and activations company, delivering high-impact projects across diverse industries. Our work is project-based, dynamic, and process-driven. Every campaign depends on strong financial management — from client billing to vendor settlements, from payment planning to timely project closure.

We’re now looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our finance department, bring structure and accountability, and ensure smooth execution of financial operations across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Leadership & Compliance

• Lead the Finance & Accounts department, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on payments, purchase orders (POs), and project closure documentation.
• Oversee financial approvals required for project execution.

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Prepare and manage the daily payment plan.
• Review and process vendor invoices, GRNs, and payments through company accounts.
• Supervise payment vouchers and maintain digital financial logs for audit readiness.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
• Track receivables and prepare regular AR reports.
• Coordinate collections with clients and internal teams.

4. Reporting & Controls

• Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for management review.
• Conduct regular finance meetings with CEO/HoDs.
• Provide financial dashboards on project costing, liabilities, and receivables.

5. Team Management

• Lead and mentor a 3-member finance team (Assistant Manager + Executive).
• Drive accountability and ownership across AP, AR, and compliance functions.
• Build a finance culture that is proactive, detail-focused, and process-oriented.
   

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (ACCA, ICMA, or CA finalist preferred).
• 5–7 years of finance/accounting experience in project-driven or service industries.
• Knowledge of compliance controls, financial processes, and audit requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or finance management software.
