We are seeking two Financial Reconciliation Specialists to support a new workflow focused on ensuring accuracy between payments issued by payers and the amounts received in our bank accounts. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity by reconciling payer records with our internal ledgers and identifying any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with payment reconciliation, and familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.


 

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi, with working hours 0aligned to U.S. Central Time (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday).


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and reconcile payments issued by payers against amounts received in company bank accounts.
  • Generate and analyze posted payment reports from the RCM system.
  • Compare payment records with the bank ledger to identify mismatches or discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve variances in coordination with internal teams and external payers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized reconciliation records for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide timely updates and summaries of reconciliation findings to management.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance payment verification and reconciliation efficiency.


 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in banking, finance, or RCM-related reconciliation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and reconciliation templates).
  • Solid understanding of payer payment processes and revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Ability to generate and interpret posted payment reports from RCM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
