Architect

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to support our design and project teams in the development and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of design, documentation, estimation, and presentation while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
• Produce and modify CAD, 3D models, and renderings.
• Read and interpret construction drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in cost estimation to develop BOQs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
• Willing to learn building codes, zoning laws, and industry best practices.
• Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas and technical input.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related degree from an accredited program.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience or interest in takeoffs, cost estimation & BOQs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
