SQA Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic SQA Engineer to join our growing team at Avaib. The ideal candidate will be working with a local and offshore team in Canada on a product that requires constant innovation and new technology upgrades on a frequent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure quality and usability.
Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and checklists.
Identify, report, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Execute regression testing to ensure new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Participate in test planning, design, and execution.
Document test results and provide clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
Continuously update testing processes and methodologies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
