🚀 We’re Hiring: Decision & Planning and Control Algorithm Engineer (DPC) 🚀

Join our team and work on cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology! We’re looking for a talented Decision & Planning and Control Algorithm Engineer to design and develop advanced decision-making, planning, and motion control algorithms for autonomous driving solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Design, develop, debug, and verify decision-making, planning, and motion control algorithms for autonomous driving.

✔ Support R&D and mass production projects, delivering algorithms that enhance the user experience.

✔ Integrate ADAS algorithms into autonomous vehicle platforms.

Job Requirements:

✔ Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Navigation, or related fields.

✔ Proficiency in C/C++ programming, data structures, and algorithms OR expertise in MATLAB, Simulink.

✔ Familiarity with robot system software tools (Linux, Git, ROS, CMake) and development methodologies (OOP, CI/CD, Unit Testing).

✔ Knowledge of at least one of the following fields:

Decision: Path planning (A*, D*, Hybrid A*), Probabilistic graphical models, Filtering algorithms (LPF, KF, EKF, Particle Filter).
Planning: Planning algorithms (MPC, LQR, Quintic Polynomial, Sliding Mode Control).
Control: Motion control algorithms (PID).
✔ Familiarity with vehicle dynamics & driving functions (ACC, AEB, LCC, TJA) is a plus.
