About the Role

The Bolts Media is looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive to generate new business through field sales. Your primary responsibility will be visiting businesses, meeting decision-makers, presenting our services, and bringing in new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 15–20 businesses daily.
• Meet business owners and decision-makers.
• Present The Bolts Media's services professionally.
• Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings and follow up with potential clients.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects.
• Submit daily visit and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate

• Confident and professional personality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable meeting new people every day.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
• Organized and disciplined with follow-ups.
• Previous experience in field sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
• Owns a smartphone and is familiar with WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic productivity apps.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 15,000 per month
• Commission: 10% of the first month's collected payment for every closed client
• Performance-based growth opportunities
• 3-Month Probation Period
