Sales executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our shipping line team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for shipping and logistics services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and corporate clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of sales experience in a shipping line, freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics company.
• Strong knowledge of sea freight and shipping industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
