We’re Hiring – Inbound Sales & Customer Support Representative

We are urgently looking for a fluent English-speaking professional to join our team as an Inbound Sales & Customer Support Representative.

If you are confident communicating with US customers, have strong sales and customer service skills, and have previous call center experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Requirements

• Fluent English: Must be able to communicate confidently and naturally with US customers without relying heavily on scripts.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a reputable call center, BPO, or software house.
• US Telecom Campaign Experience – MUST: Previous experience working on US telecom campaigns such as AT&T, Spectrum, Frontier, or DirecTV is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
• Night Shift Availability: Must be willing to work the 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM shift.
• Work Location: On-site / In person.
