We are looking for a confident, highly articulate, and motivated Front Sales Executive to join our sales team and help us connect with potential clients.

About the Role

As a Front Sales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, generating interest in our services, and qualifying potential customers.

You will work closely with our Closing Team. Your role is to start the conversation, build rapport, identify the client's requirements, qualify the prospect, and successfully transfer qualified leads to the closer, who will handle the final stages of the sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce Broxans and our digital services to potential customers.
• Start conversations and build professional relationships with prospects.
• Understand the client's business, requirements, and challenges.
• Identify opportunities where Broxans' services can provide value.
• Generate interest in relevant services such as web development, UI/UX, branding, SEO, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest, and potential.
• Effectively communicate with prospects and answer initial questions.
• Build rapport and maintain professional conversations throughout the call.
• Transfer qualified prospects to the Closing Team for the final stages of the sale.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and qualified opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets.

Commission Structure

In addition to the base salary, you will earn a 3% commission on the total sales value generated from your clients.

The more sales you generate, the more you earn.

This role offers an opportunity to significantly increase your monthly income through performance-based commissions.
